so no matter how hard I train I can't get past farenas shrine I'm at the end and the last battle is just impossible I keep beating the undead guys and then another one comes and takes their place its never-ending is there some kind of secret trick to win.

p.s. does anyone know were the fall festival exploration zone is gonna be.

Each of the 'seasonal' festivals have their own zones. They are only available during that particular fest, Tori has some maps in the zone discussion forums that should show all four zones, though they have been changing a bit so they aren't 100% accurate necessarily (mainly in spawn point

starting, the fall exploration is under the exploration tab (all festival zones are in the same spot, it should appear when the festival starts)

ok so I'm no good at prof points, but your gear needs to be changed a bit. (i learned this the hard way not to long ago lol)

so sky needs assassin or myrmidon gear, level 25 gear is usual the best when your still level 30-40.

falina needs evoker gear, again level 25.

i think i saw that misty is in your party, but she hasn't been assigned a element. doing that should help some too! the only thing i know about proficiency points, is that when you select a element it tells you recommendation stats to assign the points to. to start out, i would assign both points to whatever the first suggestion is on that tab.
One more thing when facing bosses. Having potions are lifesavers as well. especially if you cant buy good gear, since potions tend to be a lot cheaper then gear off the broker. I hope i helped some!!

As for your party, I am sure someone else will come in and give an indepth analysis, but just at a glance:

Your Air pet has armor that gives more intelligence, when air needs strength enhancing equipment.

Your light pet, on the other hand, needs intelligence equipment.

I didn't check your third pet, but all of them had an unallocated proficiency point. At this point, your best bet would be to put your proficiency points in int/str (it is the same stat, just depends on the element of the pet as to what it gives. Your LIght pet would get int while your Air pet gets Str)

As an Air pet, Sky should get Myrmidon (or other Str/Dex) equips Only as a general rule. Air is not a Tanking elements, and it also relies on critical hits (controlled by the Dex stat) to inflict it's debuffs
Her prof points at this time would best be 1str/1dex or 2dex
Her equips aren't great, being regular rare equips- for a lv30, the best options are either lv25 legendary gear (you can get from lv25 esior mission satchels, or the trade broker) or lv26 saerielle town hall gear (but you need a high reputation with the town to get it)


Since you only have two pets' elements assigned at this time, Falina as a light pet is the one that would normally be running as the slot 1/tank pet. Profs to any of HP/int/agi (you have one unassigned), but you're kind of... expected by the game to have bought the last party slot once you start going through Umbra Forest's zones.
A light pet that's a healer (their usual battle position) you'd typically go 2int or 1int/1dex (leaning to 2int)
Her equips are. Not great, with not only lower levels and mostly being the wrong sort (str) for the element, but with uncommons (uncommons are Bad. A lv55 uncommon is only around as good as a lv25 legendary.)
Equips for a Light Tank are Illusionist (Int/Agi) since agility controls a pet's evasion and light is a Magical element that uses Int for its moves' power
For a Light Healer, you want to lean into Evoker (int/dex) equips, since the pet no longer has to worry about taking damage and can focus entirely on dealing damage to get higher heals for the party.


Since you have a Light and Air pet assigned, you'd probably want to get Misty assigned as a Tank element (though you could go for a light tank/attacker/attacker or light tank/water buffer/air attacker setup or something)- usually Earth, Shadow, or Water are tanks.
For Earth and Water tanks, you want Assassin (str/agi) gear
For Shadow, Illusionist gear.

The people whove posted before me have covered pretty much everything important you need to know, but I will add this: with wave battles like what it sounds as if youre dealing with, its actually better to get rid of the more challenging opponents first. That way, you wont be stuck with a stream of two or three of them at the same time toward the end of the battle (Youll need to use that strategy again when you do the wave battle in the Garden Of The Magnates in the Forgotten Tomb later on.). I would also echo Scathreoites recommendation that you unlock that third party slot ASAP. Its a huge help in this & later regions.
