Hi guys!
The last time I saw this game was years ago and I don't think they were allowing sign ups at the time (I hope I'm right in remembering lol) but today I was directed to it after being bored and wanting more games to play and I was super super excited that it's fully up and running. So far it's pretty great and I love the stories.
Just a little about me: I'm a total chatterbox. I literally never run out of things to talk about. I own a wildlife conservation and exotic animal rescue. We just released 4 rehabbed skunks and they're probably my new favorite animal. I have 17 guinea pigs (Cheerio, Peanut, Gman, Rocky, Forest, Patch, Charlie, Lulu, Lola, LuAnn, Genji, Oreo, Clam, and Bubbler), 2 cats, 3 dogs, 2 bearded dragons, 3 leopard geckos, and 3 snakes (Ball Python, King, and Pygmy Rattlesnake). I very obviously love animals and will talk about them all day

Welcome! Holy that's quite a bit of animals lol. How was it with the skunks? Did you have to worry about getting sprayed at all?

It was amazing! They're definitely my favorite animal to rehab lol. Super easy to feed and generally pretty friendly. They got used to us since we got them as babies so I never really worried about getting sprayed but they did spray our vet twice lol.

Welcome to sylestia, i sent you an avi i think you will like. If you have any questions about the game feel free to ask or check the guide part of the forum, since the game is still in beta the tutorial dosn't explain some of the later features (and i am unsure if the part about the statistic was updated) so the comunity is there to help make it clearer. ^-^

Thank you so much!! I haven't checked out the avi yet but I will do now. I'm learning more about the in depth part of the game like avis, genetics, mutations,etc.
My life motto is always 'I don't know what I'm doing but I seem to be doing it pretty well' xD

GUINEA PIGS O.O I'm obsessed with them lol. I have 2 of my own, Fluffy and Cuddly, whom you can see here (I still need to get pictures of Cuddly up though; she hates being photographed xD)
Anyway, welcome; do you have a favourite species yet? Just so I can yeet you a welcome gift :P
Also, here are a few tips:
-Don't use the town healers. They're a complete waste of gold and you're better off just waiting for your pets to recover on their own (it takes about half an hour, I think, depending on your level. Not too sure, though)
-Nurture a lot of hatchlings/eggs, since you earn one scale per nurture, two scales if the pet is boosted. With scales, you can buy all sorts of things from the scale shop, which you can then sell on the trade broker for a fair amount of gold
-Once you unlock the harder missions, buy cheap, high-level pets to assign on missions which will also earn you a lot of gold
-Don't catch every wild Sylesti you see, since most of them wouldn't sell

Me too! xD And oh my goodness they are so precious!! I love their names lol. I'm going to post pictures of mine once I get a collage done. I don't want to bombard people with 17 different pictures xD. I just bought 2 more to add to my personal herd (of 7). They're skinnies with just a tuft of red hair on their heads lol.
And thank you so much! I am definitely partial to Sylesti so far. :p
And thank you for the tips!! I definitely found that out quickly about the town healer lol. Was draining me because I really took advantage of it. Now I'm a little better at waiting. I do love the nurturing option. Definitely gives me more to do while I'm waiting on my party to heal.

I have 100mana old maxed stat Puffs (the little puppy like pets) one of my breeding pairs has spotted skunk as a trait. If you would like I can breed one and give it to you as a welcome present.
