Hello!
You can't trade tarnished eggs, however you can put them in the sell box and get the money for them. They're a refund for expired spring festival items from last year.
They're worth 400 gold a piece so you can get 120k for them!

On Pc: Go to inventory, right click on the item and it will go into the sell box, then click 'Sell Item(s).' You can also click on the item and then click on the green box on the side of your inventory
On mobile: Go to inventory, click on the item and then click the green box on the side of your inventory, then click 'Sell Item(s).'
