I haven't been around for awhile, so I'm sorry if this has already been suggested. Could it be possible to pay for eggling nurture boosts with AP? It would give us something else to do with our AP, and it might encourage players to nurture pets even more since we get AP for nurture clicks. Thank you for listening.

Support! I know there's an AP shop in the works, but ultimately dias and scales have more value to me than AP does. Would love to save my scales for dyes and my dias for... dia things and spend AP on this instead!!

I'd love this to happen too though of course have the required AP needed a bit higher than the scales needed so that the nurturing grounds aren't flooded with nurture boosted egglings and hatchlings.

This isn't something I would be willing to do. AP has its own purpose (albeit, not quite flushed out at this current point in time, but it will eventually), and it's entirely separate from that of Scales.

The Nurture Boost system has been a massive success by my metrics in many ways. I am extremely pleased with how it is operating and I think a pivotal aspect of that is that you have to use either Scales or Diamonds. Allowing AP would make the feature trivial and not something I'm wanting to do with it. AP is basically an infinite resource that you just passively accumulate. Whereas Scales and Diamonds have real value.

Let alone, a lot of players have massive amounts of AP accumulated at this point.

The AP Shop is coming at some point. I have a very specific goal in mind for it.
