Those currency exchange rates sound fair to me!
As for the familiars, I'm pretty sure the only ones there I don't have are the blue one and green one. Could you give me their names so I can check their values?

The green familiar is an Everbloom Gem Guardian and the blue familiar is a Tsumani Gem Guardian.

A3: Hmm, I have no idea how much these would be worth, but since I'm not that fond of it, I probably won't offer more than a 200-400k for it. And that's probably lower than what you would value it.
A5: I'm can't offer anything remotely close to 5M, so I'll pass on this one.
A10: I'm still interested in this one along with your other three bird feeders. Could you possibly do 500k for all four?

Yeah, I can do 500k for all four bird feeders! That works out to 125k each.

According to AH, everbloom is valued around 27g/40kt and tsunami is valued around 35g/75kt, making roughly 62g/115kt total. I'd be interested in accepting these two in exchange for one of the birdfeeders.

Also that's completely fair, I wasn't expecting them to be theoretically worth so much! It's kind of hard researching these items.

Fairy Dragon Costume: 300k

Total: 675k.

I can buy the outfit now :)
