How do you rank up attacks? I'm curious and I really want to do it.

it's a lost grove only feature, you wont be able to rank up your pets move before you reach it. ^-^

It's currently only available in the Lost Grove, the latest area in the game. At lv30, you've still got a ways to go before you get there.
Once you're there, you just have to use the different attacks over and over again in the grove until they eventually rank up.

That feature isnt available until you get to the Lost Grove, which requires, at the very least, both a player & pet level of 60, so you have quite a ways to go yet ;) :).
