Katia is relatively friendly with most she meets and can be known to talk ears off. She loves a joke and is quick to laugh. She's often driven, quick thinking, and hard working if with a fierce independent streak and a heady amount of disorganization, almost if her brain works faster than the rest of her. She can be blunt about speaking her mind, for better or worse for those around her.

Powers and Skills: Thanks to a knowledge of a force known as Aether, Katia is able to generate magnetic fields with sustained focus. She can use this ability to bend metal or briefly shield herself from incoming gunfire.

She is much more skilled with a gun or her own fists relying on her natural strength, knowing a fair bit about close combat thanks to her mentor. Despite her species possessing wings, Katia is unable to fly due to them being mostly vestigal. She is able to use them to briefly hover or glide, breaking her falls. Due to her half-breed genealogy, Katia lacks the toxic forearm stingers present in other members of her species, only possessing a short one at the tip of her abdomen used as a last resort to temporarily paralyze a would be enemy.

Equipment: Katia often carries around a number of fantastical robotic devices of her own creation. She carries a standard issue rifle holstered along her uniform or over her normal lightly armored space terrain suit.

Backstory: Born of an unlikely coupling between the human starship captain Irene Korsak and the Aeldrian Lord of Khavo Xenon Eldiram, Katia's family relations have always been more than a bit rocky. While she greatly admires her father's military prowess and leadership, she lives light years apart from him on a space station with her mother who wishes to keep her uninvolved with her father's and her older, half-brother, Yolvet Eldiram's perceived warmongering.

Nicote Marker: Technically 67, really 17 (he got shut in a magical box for a few years), he can teleport (badly), is allergic to pineapples, loves pomegranates, and would rather not answer how he and Newt are related.

Meinke Kilplolar: 16, awkward, and his powr is dinitergration. His brother died in the war a few years back. Or so people think....Meinke knows better though. He also found out about the connection with Earth.

Kari Cresthearse: 18, happy-go-lucky, is probably the only really sane one in the trio. Maybe. her twin brother and Nicote's protg are currently prisoners of war and stuck in the Darkness.

You can start. The station is in space, near Earth's moon. You can have them drop in by means of their own shuttle or hopping off another ship that picked them up. I'll work with whatever you got.

Nicote, Kari, and Meinke all but fell out of the portal that suddenly appeared in from of Katia. The portal closed right after Meinkes foot left it.

Ow, youve got your fist in my mouth! a muffled voice from underneath the pile of limbs yelled.
Meinek had his fist in my mouth, thats even worse! Kari groaned, squirming out and smothign her rumpled clothing.
Sorry the boy on top mumbled, getting up and pulling the one on the bottom of the pile up. "Uh, Nani's gonan be fine right?"
"Better question, did we make it?" the girl asked.

A roving lupine-looking, uniformed air crewman blinked at the pile of.. human-smelling teenagers now laying on the station's ship hangar. This was no place for children to play, he thought.

He gave a loud, commanding bark that seemed to have the effect of reverberating around the metal walls of the hangar with the airlocked bay doors still shut tight.
A few engineers in suits working under the bellies of starships perked up, one of them in particular lifting her antennae as she saw the remains of the closing portal.
Wait.. Was that Aether just now? Last she knew her mum didn't want the rest of the Federation to get eyes on that kinda stuff the way it was being abused before..
Just who were these people?

"I'll take it from here, Rufo. I don't think they're dangerous or anything."
Katia decided to walk over to the people pile and knelt down slightly, holding out her hand to them with a bit of a stifled giggle. "Look like you guys are kinda lost. Need some help?"

"Oh yes, thank you! Wer'e here becau-" The girl is stopped by the blackhaired wiith the white streak and earrings. "First things first, are we at (insert the name of the group cuz I just forgot XD)?" His abnormally large ears twitch for some reason.

The brownhaired behind him is busy rewrapping bandages on his hands.
