I got bored and drew my OC :I

It's a good start! I really like your color selection :)
I think you could add some detail (sky, maybe?) to the blank white space, and maybe some vague reflected colors from the water onto the dress. You should draw more!

Thankyou for the suggestions and telling me how I can make it better :)
Though I can never seem to get anything I draw to ever look this nice(the hands are SO proportional :D), I will try to someday actually get better X)

You could try drawing from reference photos for a while - it's how I learned to make my figures more proportional :) really, just doing a lot of drawing is usually enough to make an improvement! (How much 'a lot'is varies from person to person though...)
