Just a quick question, does inbreeding have any negative effects on the sylesti? Like lower stats or something? I'm kinda new to breeding and just curious ;)

No. The percentage is just there for those who want to know.
Since an important part of the game is people breeding for recessives and/or high stats, making that more difficult (which inbreeding punishments would, especially for stat breeding) would not be a good idea.

And unlike on sites like Wajas, inbreeding also does not affect the price of a pet!
