So are you intending to keep this as a group or plan to move it to prp? Seems like most of the players we had (aside from Enyo who's on a weird timezone) dropped out or otherwise got stuck so we'd have to re-recruit.

I'll keep it as a group, but not open to the general public, only open to those who were in the original.

Honestly don't even know if we have anyone left other than Enyo to even pick up the story.

@Sora
Know your character's not a noble so they are a little out of loop with plot but since there's really not anyone else around if you're still up for it I'd like to continue interacting with your character with Lyon.
I don't know if it's worth doing a timeskip at this point or just picking off where we left off in the old thread. Since I already pinged Enyo there this morning, I won't repost it over here.

I think you can just pick up where you left off. It'd be somewhat easier, I think.

(I'll just post it here again then so there's no confusion where everything went.)
Archer Wolfram Percival
"I'll follow your lead. The Empress of Arkaos, quite frankly, terrifies me. Like walking on delicately prepared eggshells. It is nothing at all like the whimsy of dealing with an boisterous elven king."
Lyon Lothaire
Lyon returned to his room for the night to mull over the events of the last few hours as he munched quietly on a small flank piece of dried deer. The thief, wanted, or otherwise stuck out as somewhat of an anomaly to him. It was strangely refreshing to have a companion again, albeit a female, who was not after his money or title.
House Veres was a rather prominent house in Caemid, one he was almost ashamed to have left it in disgrace, especially without a present heir. He was nothing more than a monster to the lot of them, disgraced and disowned by his own elderly uncle.
Even if he had originally intended to return when he had been somehow cured, there was no atoning for the heinous crime of murder. He would not be trusted and his people would surely have his head.
He sighed and pushed it out of his mind. Of course, the last few months had been a bit of an adjustment.. And of course, if he intended to stay in Arkaos after all, there was suddenly the pressing.. and increasingly concerning matter of applying for residency. His funds were not infinite.
He had certainly amassed the coin by now to pay the steep levy, but to appeal to such a matter to the Empress? It was foolish. Even if he was to keep his title, it would simply raise too many questions with her and undoubtedly weaken the alliance for harboring him. He flicked his ears down as he tried to brainstorm some sort of solution.
Would faking his identity at this point suffice? Surely it would be easy, he had gone this far. He had little interest in returning to his life as a marquess. The simple life of a peasant had been rather enjoyable.
It would be far easier to petition the Empress for that much, to be attached to a noble's house rather than leading one. Of course, there was the matter of making himself.. useful. He knew nothing of working the land and outside of some knowledge of business affairs from his schooling, was there even a noble to take his plea?
He sighed. No. He was stalling. He needed to do this. If he waited longer, he may not get the chance again. Tonight was a night of solemn celebration, certainly, and the hour was late but it would be the one night the reclusive Empress would even humor his audience.
He packed up his things and made his way off to the palace.

(longest thing I've ever typed on mobile)
Seraphina De Arkaos
Seraphina, also known as the empress, had just returned from visiting her sister. At the moment, it was well past midnight. She began heading towards her Chambers, pausing when she got to the large double doors. She glanced back at one of the maids, who, noticing her gaze on her bowed deeply. " Prepare the bath. I'll be in my office. " She said to her. The maid nodded and quickly walked off to prepare it. Seraphina turned and walked down the long halls to her office, opening the doors and closing them behind her. She sat down at her desk, looking over any work she hadn't finished. It was just trivial things, like the nobles in certain fiefs asking her to push forth the effort to catch the Tax witch. She didn't care much about this so called 'Tax Witch.' If they caught her, she was to be burned on the stake. If they didn't, oh well. The witch had indeed cost the country quite a sum for a simple petty robber, but it's nothing a shipment from the mines can't fix.
She looked around the dimly lit office, the place she spent more hours in than her own bedroom. Her eyes laid to a relatively new painting on the wall. She stood and walked over to it. It was painted on her coronation day. Her expression in the painting was similar to the one she wore in court. Uncaring and unmoving. She turned and walked to her balcony door, opening them and stepping out into the fresh night breeze. She inhaled deeply and closed her eyes, just for a moment.
(I'll just start her right here)

(Yes, I'm on different time zone, sorry. And I also have a very weird schedule that tends confuse everyone, as I'm not on Sylestia at the same time everyday. But, I don't plan to quit the rp!
Maybe some people didn't have time to answer, I think that some peope are more active the week end on the rp section. The only people who said something that made me think she has up was was Misswitchcraft, who prefers 1x1).
Aedan De Doria
The comparaison between the empress and delicately prepared eggshells made Aedan laugh discreetly.
"I've never had the pleasure of dealing with an Elven king. When I first saw the empress, she was very young, and she seemed like a nice child, though she was shy. But life, maturity and power change people."
He didn't dare to add that last time he saw here she had appeared to be cold and elusive, and that rumors said that she hated all men, in case someone could hear them.
Aedan lead the way through the corridor, until they were stopped by guards.
"I am Aedan De Doria, son of the Duke Lucan of Doria, and my friend is Lord Archer Wolfram Percival of House Karvos. We wish to seek an audience with the Empress"
The guards asked to wait, and disappeared in the direction of the imperial chambers.
