It says that if you defeat a Named from Sweet Blossom Orchard, Astryl's Tranquillity and the Lost Grove you get a Candy Heart so I battled Koralei from Sweet Blossom Orchard but I don't get a Candy Heart. Why?

Make sure you team is below level 60. You wont get any rewards if your teams is above that level. If that's not it, make sure your actually battling named. Most of the time their are place holders.
Edit: You can be whatever level you want in the LG though ^^:
