I had a lesser genetic mutator, and when I used it, it did nothing. You can see on the Sylesti that I used one, but nothing has changed.

If you used a Lesser genetic mutator, your pet probably received a carried trait, which means until the pet is tested, it won't be shown on their profile.
LGMs tend to give carried traits, or at least all the ones I have used seem to like to give me carried traits, so you have to test the pets to know whether or not the pet got a trait.
