It wasn't uncommon for a hero to randomly get a threat from some person saying that they'll take the hero's powers and use it themselves for evil/becoming famous/fortune, but it was uncommon for a person to come to a hero with some device or magic item to take away the hero's powers. But all have failed...
Until now (dun dun dun!)
An evil goddess, Larkinena, decided, once and for all, to command one of her minions to make some sort of power grabber so that she, and she alone, would have all the power in the world.
All of it.
Two things happened:
One: The minion was an idiot, so they ended up destroying half the heroes they were supposed to take the powers from (Whoops).
Two: The ones that they succeeded in taking the powers from ended up just transferring the powers of the hero to one random person.
Now, for every hero not destroyed by the power grabber, there is one person, right now, with their powers probably confused as all get out.
Alright, enough of my storytelling. Let's get straight into the rules and other coolness!
Note: People who have received hero powers will be called Receivers.
1. Players can have up to 6 characters (3 heroes and 3 Receivers)
2. If a player has (a) hero character(s) and (a) Receiver(s), the Receiver has to have a different hero power received than from the hero(es) that player controls (I.E. I make a hero character that had telekinesis, my Receiver can't have telekinesis.)
3. If you have a Receiver, you can leave your powers blank. (You don't have to) You don't have to fill that in (I can just choose the hero you receive powers from.)
4. Be creative! Don't repeat Main powers.
5. A character may have one Main power and up to two minor powers. Minor powers are powers that aren't super important to a character and won't work as well as if it was a Main power (Minor telekinesis would lift up to 100 lbs, while regular telekinesis can lift anything.)
6. No godmodding/powerplaying.
7. Have fun.
8. In "Other," put the word Jeffery in there. Don't just put Jeffery in there randomly; make him relate to your character in some way. (He's the guy your character hates, or he's your best friend. Something like that.)
9. Please keep the hero's age around the age of the Receiver and visa versa just in case there's any shipping. I don't want a 64 year old guy dating a 16 year old girl.

Need a Hero for the following Powers: Telekinesis
Strengths of powers:
Can move anything that can be normally lifted by user with little to no energy wasted
Can, theoretically, lift anything
Weaknesses of powers:
Anything heavier than what can normally be lifted by user drains their energy quickly
If an object is held using telekinesis for more than two minutes, user will drop object and pass out
Need a Receiver for the following powers: Mind exploration
Strengths of powers:
Is able to see secrets of someone easily, allowing them to solve things faster
Villains are pretty much known by touch
Weaknesses of powers:
Whomever they touch, she sees their memories, feel their emotions, know their secrets, and know how they like her.
This powers exhausts them quickly if they touch too many people

Backstory: Comes from a family of heroes who have all saved a city sometime in the past. Nothing really out of the ordinary.
Family: Mother: Lee Ann Honey (Dead), Father: Duka Honey (Dead)
Personality: Deka is very antisocial, preferring to work alone. She acts like a germophobe because, when she touches someone, she would see into their past, feel their feelings, and will pretty much pass out on a bad person. She doesn't open up to people very easily, preferring to keep her secrets to herself. Because she has been attacked, over and over again, by other people's emotions, she no longer feels anything for others and barely feels anything for herself.
