Why is the lvl 20- 60 stage still under construction? I may be impatient but I am just questioning this...

It's a brand new feature, so Krin is building it all from scratch. And new things tend to take longer than Krin's original estimates. :P

I haven't heard any recent updates on it. But hopefully it'll be done before fest ends, at least...
