I know it says 'please wait for us to contact you' but it's been a long time since the summer festival ended and I've seen a lot of other people get their prizes already and am wondering if I was forgotten, but I don't want to be rude or pushy. At what point is it appropriate to directly contact the admins?

Uh, yea I'm pretty sure prizes have all been handed out. Go ahead and contact Krin.
