How do i get to the same map the festivals are put on? Where you click on the arrows to move i think i managed once after easter but my memory is terrable please help

the "use arrows to move around the map" mechanic is the exploration system used in the third region (Astryl's Vale, unlocked after completing Umbra Forest) and the Festival Zones (each Fest has its own map only unlocked during that seasonal fest)

You can only get to the fest zones during the fest. YOu have to go to the fest page and then go to the zone. YOu can't do it from the main map.
But as long as you are level 10 and above you can enter. But only duringa fest that has a zone. So fall fest next month or so is your best bet,
