I got a retired item box from seeking. Went to open it, and out popped a Nightfall Blade.
I wish I'd gotten a screenshot - I was running on autopilot and had closed out the box before I fully registered what it said. But. As far as I know, Nightfall Blades aren't summer fest items and shouldn't have been awarded from a retired box.

It's marked as an official Summer item from 2013.
