Thousands of miles beneath our feet is the world of slugterra. Neither world knows about each other and the goal is to keep the worlds seperate to protect both world.

The essence of both worlds rests in the hands of brave, noble slingers.
In this world slugs are not just pesky garden slug they are ammo; live, transformable ammo. Fourty-eight different species with all different tricks Slugs are the ultiment slinger puzzle. Different slugs transform in different ways each having their own powers. Every slug in Slugterra is useful in their own ways. Yes, I mean floppers too. Slugs are peaceful creatures each with their own personality some wild others building trust with their slingers.

But there is a problem, Ghoul slugs are slugs that have been corrupted for some unknown reason. Ghoul slugs are mean, dangerous, and most of all unpredictable. Very few slingers use Ghouls due to their volitile nature but the ones that do are generally as currupt as their ghouls. More and more of these so called Ghouls have been making an appearance in turn begining to curropt the essence of Slugterra. Are you a slinger? Rules:
Two slugs maximum at first
No inappropriate langue
Make what you are writing readable please (no text talk please)
No using legendary slugs (By this I mean no elemental slugs and no Infurnuses)
Can be another slinger's slug with that slinger's permission
You may have one ultra-rare slug right off the bat.
OCs allowed as are cannon characters except the Shane Gang
Shadow clan, Cave trolls,humans, molanoides, ghouled slingers,and darkbane are available
Mild romance is fine (Kissing, hugging) anything beyond that timeskip or take to PMs

No excessive gore

Camile had set out from the ice cavern with his slugs because he had heard of a Slug Slinging competition in Herringbone Cavern. That was one reason he had come the other reason is that he had heard of Ghouls and thought he could find some information at the crossroads. Speaking of crossroads Camile found himself approaching a fork in the road with one visable slinger there. He had ambushed more then once before in the snow. "Be on watch Blizzard," Camile whispers to the frostcrawler on his shoulder, "Keep it easy Slick no sudden movements."

Neva was riding her mecha beast hard to see if she could get to Herringbone Cavern. The silver paint of her mechabeast was a blur as she pushed it full speed. Hover Neva's Hoverbug fluttered ahead. "Hover scout ahead and find a route to the cavern," Neva calls out as she Mecha Beast hits a rock and breaks dow. "Not again!" Neva got off and inspected her damaged mecha beast. She hit a button on it which got the horse back on it's feet and put a lead on the silver and purple mecha.


Tai was examining the tracks, "A large herd of mechas went through her recently Boulder." Boulder chirps once and points to other tracks on the side, "And some dumped slugs." Tai frowns, "Let's see if we can find the slugs." Shade hops on the head of the mecha and reappears in the middle of the slug tracks.
Not dumped, fallen. He chirps, Judging by how fast the duo were going they were running from someone. Not that Tai could understand what Shade said.
"Shade where are you," Tai asks.
Shade jumps up from where he was; he had forgotten how he could disappear without warning.
"Something you want me to see," Tai walks over to Shade.

Pluto:

Pluto had her Mechabeast turned to full tilt, her mask getting sprayed with mud as she raced off trail. She pulled on the steering, jumping onto the path, covered in mud and leaves. She had her MB trott in a circle, letting it cool down a bit. The large cat like MB stopped, staring forwards, at a young man and his slugs. Ghosty chirped, popping out of the glass cylinder that held him. Squish jus stayed put, looking up at the brunette. Pluto had it stalk forward, staring intently.

Friday:

Friday had watched the two from the bushes, his blood shot eyes teared up because of his lack of sleep. His slugs looked up at him cooing, they had worried for his sleep pattern as of late. He turned the music on his headphones down a few notches so he could listen in.

Camile quickly turned to look at his opponet, "No use hiding," He had his blaster aimed at Friday, "Come out peacefully and I won't shoot." Mud had gotton slinged on Camile covering his white hair. Blizzard slips into the cylinder. Friday's hiding and a lack of sleep himself had made Camile more edgy then normal which in this case meant he was likely to have a slightly faster reaction time then normal.

(I assume you're writing about Camile.)

Phoenix raised a hand to shield her eyes from the sun, her two slugs hopping up and down excitedly on her shoulders. They were almost at Herringbone Cavern, for the competition. Phoenix grinned and urged her mechabeast forward.

Neva hears Phoenix's mecha and moves to the side of the road. Neva whistles once to get Hover back to her. Hover slips into the cylinders in Neva's blaster. She didn't know wether this person was a good or evil slinger so she choose to let the slinger call her out if the said slinger wanted to.

Amiera is sitting on her mechabeast, playing with her slugs. Her Freightgeist, Spectra, and her Peiper, Peter.
She had arrived at the competition early and is waiting for opponents.

Jinx had just scared off her old slinger. The hard part was yet to come the escape into the wild.

Friday:

He loaded his blaster aswell, picking Flip. Friday held his blaster so it was facing downwards. "You shoot, I shoot." , He hissed, Friday wasn't in any mood for dueling before it actually begun. Melody squealed, hopping onto his shoulder, trying to calm him.

Pluto:

The hopped off of her Mechabeast, glaring at the two young men. "You two! Calm down, how about we save the fighting for the cavern." , She shouted, looking and sounding like a thirteen year old boy. Her mask seemed to glow in the shade of the tree she was under, it was pretty girly for what seemed like a boy.

Phoenix raised a hand in greeting to Neva as she passed. Adira squeaked happily, saying hello as well.

Amiera watches as her slugs hop over to one that seems to be purposefully avoiding the humans.

Where's your slinger?

Peter:
Yeah, didn't you know the tournament's gonna start soon?
