I noticed that when I click on an item, the broker button will remain gray
Even though I sent the same item in the past so I know it can be done
I even sent a few items right before it stopped working
Has this happened to anyone else?

some items arent tradable like filters from the advend calender.

What items are you trying to send?

It was probably a special gift from the admins. It will not stack with the regular version of the item. If you hover over the item, it will say whether it is tradable or not in the popover.

It does actually stack with the others so it was odd
