Sam lives above the ground floor apartment, inhabited by a nice young couple. It is a little small, old, and broken but it his his home.

Yea, it too me a while to find it, if you are looking for somthing more like that do a recherch with the worlds movie set, i think i saw a few with actual pond/water visible in the picture ^-^
