Well I've been noticing that this is happening for and more frequent on a few different browsers and devices for me. It tends to go away with refreshing the page. I just find it a bit annoying and was wondering if I was doing something wrong or if the site is acting up?

Looks like a browser issue.
Make sure that your browser is both up to date to its latest version and that there aren't any addons/extensions tampering with the page.
