hey! its me, pickle, (but you know that by now) and I have an ongoing story to tell (from the time I first wrote this on 7/5/19)

7/5/19 around 10:00

so I was just doing my normal 3rd-8th of July routine... going around the lake (spencer lake) and watching the fireworks when suddenly we heard a scream (we being me my brother [devon] my sister [emma] my mom, my dad, and my grandpa.) and then a whole bunch of police cars came to the camp at the lake and soon after a helicopter came... the fireworks continued... some man shouted angrily to "STOP THE FIREWORKS! *unintelligible yelling*" we sped over to the people setting off the fireworks along with the man on a jet ski going fast (with a wake [wich is illegal to do so after 7:00 {i think}] but it was an emergency) luckily the helicopter got out safely

"A 14-year-old girl was struck by a truck while she was crossing the road Friday night, according to the Waupaca County Sheriffs Office.

Officials said they received the call just after 9 p.m and responded to the area of County Highway E at Spencer Lake Camp in the Town of Lind in Waupaca County.

The report states a 14-year-old girl from Neillsville was crossing from the west side of County Highway E to the east side of County Highway E when she was struck. Officials said the driver of the truck was a 19-year-old woman from Berlin.

The 14-year-old girl was air-lifted to Theda Care Medical Center in Neenah.

Her condition has not been released.

The sheriffs office along with Wisconsin State Patrol is investigating the incident. "
