I've noticed that when someone post an image of a pair of sylesti they tend to align one to the left side of the post and the other to the right. I've never been able to figure out how to do that in all the time I've been apart of Sylestia, so I was wondering if someone could please let me know how to do it.
(Disclaimer: In general I know how to use align but I can't seem to align pictures since they usually have links that are too long.)

If you mean like this...
...then there's really nothing special to it. You just don't hit enter between the image tags. So long as the pictures are small enough to fit side by side, they'll show up side by side.
