I yawn and turned towards the gasp. "Go away. I'm sleeping." I said sleepily. The quack Dr. Bits didn't allow me to sleep as a test subject.

She wants to stay comfortable and tries to believe no one is there but...that is quite impossible. She opens one of her eyes to look.

"Who are you?" I asked. I didn't expect a male in my bed, sleeping so soundly, "And what are you doing in my bed? Are you lost?"

I was shaking. Where did my male test subject go? "Uh, help! Someone, please!" I don't care whose in the bed, they might kill me!

I sighed and turned as best as I could. "Well I'm not sure if I can trust you so I'm not telling you my name." I gulped and hesitated not sure if I had upset him. "No I'm not lost Dr. Bits didn't want me since I'm not magical. He chained my up here so I wouldn't get lost... I think he said something along those lines. It's kinda hard to understand him with the cackling and the accent." I said.

She sits up. " What? "

I chuckled. "Must've m-met his evil side then," I said, "but you're not in his l-lab anymore. You're in m-m-m-mine." I fought through my shyness, my stuttering, and the fear behind his name. "His evil side has a British accent. The only way you can tell between sides is the good side always has dark green gloves on." I found myself shivering to bad memories. Dr. Bits cackling, Dr. Bits giving me water to drink, then throwing off his gloves and slapping me, his whips. I shut myself up.

"Gah!" I screamed. "Someone come! She gonna hurt me!" I felt my test subject before seeing him with a baseball bat. "Drop your-" he started, then glared at me. "Your fear is out of fricking control. She's unarmed... or looks it."

"It was both sides then" I mumbled. I picked at the cover and then blushed when I realized I didn't have a shirt. I grabbed the cover and wrapped it around me. I didn't feel like explaining the scars.
