I still haven't managed to build an enchanted portal because I don't have enough glowing crystals (I have 3/6). How do you get them? I'm guessing it's an RNG thing, but it'd be nice to know if I can focus on specific enemies or something.

RNG with a *very* low drop rate! >.<
You can get them from the Nightfall Battlemages
Also, if you've unlocked the cave, the cave mobs randomly drop them (at what seems like a higher rate!)
