I bred two zolnixi that had Mutation One: (AA) Tri Tails ; with Mutation One: (EE) Feather Dust
but the offspring has Mutation One: (BB) Chow Tail
Is it a glitch? Can they randomly mutate on their own?

The mother isn't tested. Most likely she has chow tail hidden (M1 AB) and passed on the B. B is dominant to the father's E so B is what came out vis
