The New-and-Improved Free Pets and Items for Newbies Thread!
Hey there! Its me, Malin. Remember my old free pets for newbies thread? It gave me a massive headache, was a ton of work, and drove me crazy... But it was also a lot of fun to help out newbies. Even when they all asked for eggs from the same pair at the same time. Or didnt know what their user ID was. I was sad when I had to close it down because it was starting to interfere with my life and too many people didnt pick up their pets in time. Lately Ive really been missing the feeling of helping someone new. So I decided to set up a new-and-improved version of my old thread. Now were also giving away avi items, and I have organized it so that I dont spend all of my time sending stuff and breeding pets and telling people to pick things up. Enjoy!

A NOTE FOR YOUR CONSCIENCE: If you already have a ton of pets and are doing great in general, do you really want to prevent some other users who arent doing as well from getting pets, items, and help? Also, I routinely stalk peoples stables to see how their pets are treated, since Im thinking about starting a pet rights society. Dont take it personally, but I WILL be sad and might move you to the end of the pet line. Same for magically rich and successful people. There are users in need and I prioritize them! (Also, I might eventually move the age limit back a bit! So keep that in mind!)

Rules: (please read first before doing anything else!!!)
YOU CAN ONLY RECEIVE ITEMS AND PETS FROM ME IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS UNDER 50 DAYS OLD! NO EXCEPTIONS! (And that might change soon!)
Be polite, you are not entitled to these items and my service.
I am not magical, dont ask me for things I cant do or dont have. Example: Could I have a female nixi with these specific traits, and in this exact color? Not happening.
Be patient, I will get to you eventually!
First come, first serve. More accurately, first ping, first serve. I dont care if you asked for it first, whoever pinged me first gets it.
Try to solve the problem you have on your own before asking me. Example: Whats my user ID? (FYI, your user ID is on your profile, when you click your avatar.) (And no, I cant use it to hack you. If that was possible, itd already be done since user IDs are public)
Pick up pets on time. I release unclaimed pets when they reach adolescence because it costs gold to feed them.
I wont buy stuff from you, dont offer. The truth is that people really dont like it when you ask if they want to buy this cool pet you captured, but ask on their threads that arent about looking for pets.
Follow instructions exactly. There is a space for extra notes on the form.
Dont ask for extra stuff, there is a limit.
If ya dont need it, dont ask for it! See the note I wrote above the rules for the details.

For Reference, (and to prevent impossible requests) Stuff I cant do:
Predetermine the gender of a pet
Predetermine the appearance of a pet
Predetermine the level of a pet

How it works: (please read this thoroughly)
Look at the list of available items and pet pairs on my next two posts. I will do my absolute best to keep it updated but I cant be everywhere, so forgive me if it looks like something is available but it isnt.
Fill out the form below with all of the required information. There is a limit of three items and two pets per user.
Ping me, in a reply, on this thread, with your filled out form. Ping by clicking the @sign at the bottom of this post, or typing @malin1 into the top of your reply. Dont pm me or just reply, I will ignore you.
I will reply as soon as I can confirming and telling you that your items are on their way or that your pets will be ready for pickup soon.
You go pick up your pets or accept the item trade.
And we all live happily ever after.

Pro Tip: you can find great stuff for prices as low as 1 gold on the trade broker during seasonal fests, especially near the end! I just got some great stuff for 5 gold. Seriously. Go check it out.

A lot of my pet pairs are themed, which is why they look so pretty. (I grew/sculpted/brewer/made them that way!) Themed are special, but dont get them just because you want that special bit of status. Just a note if you were interested. :P
And if nobody buys those Aerdinis I have in my stable, I might put them to work breeding for this program too. Noooobody wants them!
