I cant offer gold or dias or eggs because I am dying when it comes to any currency but if theres any philters or potions youre looking for I can try to offer?

I'm not interested in any potions, but would consider possibly diamond shop items (prismas, philters of themed disruption, ggms etc).

I can do 400k and 2 philters of trait disruption themed? Each of the TD philters are currently listed as slightly over 300k on the broker so that would be about 1.1mil worth of stuff

no idea what anything goes for nowadays, but I can throw 150k, 50 diamonds, 50 eggs, and a greater genetic mutator?

Sorry, it costs between (I think) 950k and 1.25m to make one, depending on what price you buy lessers/greaters at with upgrade costs.
