Could anyone tell me how to get the title "The Perfectionist"?

Quick google told me it's from this thread:
"The Perfectionist: Finish a Sylesti Brew with 2 Bonuses."
You'll likely get another chance at it when fall fest comes around again =)

I think you can do it in any fest, as I just got that title in this fest

I don't think every fest has the "bonus" part of the sylesti building (eg, just checked an old summer fest thread, doesn't mention bonuses or the title), so you're probably right that you can get it this fest too :)

I think the building part is a newish addition, so you can probably get it from now on.
like if you do similar things in similar fest if you don't already have it you can get it.

Building Sylestis has been around since I can remember joining the site, which was nearly 4 years ago. If you check Fall Festival 2017, Sylesti sculpting (and the Perfectionist title) exists, so clearly some fests don't have the exact same features.
