At first I thought I'd just imagined it, when two batches of project eggs were all hatched when I entered my hatchery a few days ago, but it's happened again and I definitely know it wasn't me.

This themed pet was hatched when I came into my hatchery a few minutes ago - I had been planning to use a Prismatic Philter on it, but since it is already hatched, I can't. I have no recollection of hatching it, and if I had, I would have used a philter - and no philter has been used on it.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Right, now I've actually seen it happen. When I made this thread this egg was about to hatch, and when I went to the pet's profile page it was hatched.

Again, same as last time, I've missed my chance to use a Prismatic Philter on it.

All Egglings automatically hatch after 24 hours of being ready to Hatch.

It's been suggested many times to allow Hatching options to be set ahead of time. And I do think that is a great idea and would be perfect for the whole Stablehand feature.

Unfortunately, it would require quite a bit of coding to implement and I've just been perpetually busy with a hundred other projects.

But someday, I would imagine it's a thing.
