This goes in the FAQ. But you spend them in the holiday shop which you can find by clicking on shops.

U can also find the shop in the shop tab, although for some reason not in the newer tabs it has to b the older set. I suggest to access it to click some place like ur stables then click on shops and then u will hav an series of shops to click on. I'm sure u can find your way from there. :)
