Good question. :P Ok, So when you're making a post, and you have those blue buttons along the top? Click on the one that says "URL=". Paste the link you want in there, and click "Confirm".
It'll show up in your post looking like [*url=*Your Url here*][/*url] (Minus the stars) Right between the Parenthisis thingies, ( ][ < Those thingies) you add what you what to type. So it should end up looking like this:
