I got the held Blushes Unicorn Companion, and thought I unlocked it but it wasn't in my wardrobe (thought maybe I accidently sold it). But now I have gotten a second one and it says in the inventory preview 'Already in Wardrobe' but it still isn't showing up in there.

There is two types of the unicorn held Paint, an orange version and a purple version. They also have slightly different names. The orange one is called Unicorn Enchanted Companion, while the purple one is just Unicorn Companion.
Edit: the orange one is also more detailed, like having a storm or sparkles or other such details that the purple one doesn't.

oh man....I did not notice that there were purple versions, I feel blind >.< thank you for the clarification!!

No problem, I did the same thing when I got a couple and went looking for them in the wardrobe. ^-^
