Day 1643, Why did this war ever start? All in a day it was all gone, a small war turned worldwide and now nothing remains other then this cold wastelands. Food is getting scarce, water is hard to find anymore. Whatever is left of out group it falling apart. Everything is gone, I am not sure how long we are going to make it. It could be years or days.. Now there is only 8 of us left. I just sent our last group out for a trip in the hopes they find food, find anything. The only person who knew how to dress and heal wounds died out in the wasteland today and hope is being lost. I hope we get out of this mess, we can't go out like this. It isn't right, we have to survive we just have to. At this rate we are going to have to kill our dogs, which may be the last of there kind. Oh god, why did this ever happen. My kids.. my wife.. my beautiful home.. Gone. Maybe the army is looking for us right now, maybe it will all get better. We will just have to wait.. If anyone is listening, we are alive..... HEY! And with that the last radio station you had found to be working no longer existed. It happened a few years back, world war 3 and after there was not a single thing left. Electricity was gone, slowly everything started to die out. Some animals survived but you were lucky to find them. Forests were scarce and nights only grew colder with each passing day. You are the last of your family alone and scared with little knowledge on how to survive in this new world. All you have is the clothes on your back and whatever you have found within the years you have scavenged this place. You must looking for others who may be out there, maybe then it will get better.

Cobalt sat on a cracked slab of cement, looking up into the smoky sky.

Phoneix (Nicote) walked around, leaning on the stick he'd found-today his leg was really acting up. Peggi (Nanita) followed, watching him. "What are we even doing here?"

"Don't ask me, I sure don't know." Phoenix grunted.


Peggi pointeed at a lone figure seated somewhere ahead. "Is that a mirage? Or one of those statue things?"

Phoenix glanced up. "WHo knows, who cares?"

"We should at least go check it out." Peggi pleaded.

"Peg, it's probaly just a mirage."


"Oh c'mon, we have time. Year maybe. Maybe it's someone else."

Willow rushed around the barren wastelands, the cold dead lifeless sky hanging above her and the sound of the charred earth crumbling beneath her feet. Beside her was Matt, the child she was caring for. She found the poor girl a year after this all had started and ever since never let her out of her sight. " Ms. Willow where are we going? " The girl asked, packing her things. " I think I found cattle... I hope they are real. " Willow said, hope flaring in her eyes.

Phoenix stopped next ro a large rock. "Hold on, i need to rest a bit." Jehe leaned againstt tje rock, rubbing his leg.


Peggi looked aroubd at the barren landscape. "Where was this place, exactly?"

"Dunno. Think it was Boston or Chicago or zomethung? Whatevwr, doesnt matter now."

Willow and Matt started to travel, Matt being very close to Willow at all times. Willow was extremely alert, watching every single thing.

Peggi stared out across the landscape. "So what are we lookingfor?"


"Depends on what you want us to find. Prefarabky notsome halfcrazed myutant chimera thingy like theone at-i tjink it was Vegas? Or was it San Fransisco? Whatever."

The skies above were growing dark, well more dark then they already were. " We should set up camp for tonight, it will be good if we do.. Those crazy people come out at night. "

Phoenix and Peggi fianly resumed walking. Or liming in Phoenix's case. "We need ot find shelter. And preferably somewhere we can make a small fire." Phoenix said.

Peggi nodded and went a little ahead. "Nothing yet....Just barren destroyed land everywhere."
