I'm not new to this game, but I want to restart and I want to know if there is any way to get a new starter pet or if I just have to delete my account?

hi, so my friend isnt new to this game either, but she cant remember her login. she tried the "Forgot Password?" thing but it didnt work, she also tried to "create a new account" but it dint work either. so what should she do?
