For people who prefer pms/pings to friend requests (but like to be with others without friend list complications)
WIP.....
(Just because we dont want friend requests doesn't mean we r hermits, we just like more privacy)

Perhaps have another option: No random friend requests unless known to me. These bug me and i reject every single one ^-^ if i know you and enjoy your company though of course i will accept your request
