Hello!

I understand what inbreeding is, but what does it do? Does it make pets less valuable if they are inbred, or is there a different penalty for inbreeding somehow?

Sorry if this has already been answered somewhere, I didn't see it in the 3 most recent pages.

Inbreeding has no direct or negative effects on a pet.

It's worth noting that a pet cannot be bred with close relatives (parent and child, siblings, or half-siblings). But anywhere else in or out of the bloodline is fair game.
