Hi I have been trying to buy something from the festival shop but when I'm there (at the shop) it says I have zero, please help me :(

You have to use them in your inventory before they show up in the fest shop.
You can't trade or sell tokens after sending them to the shop, though, so you might consider splitting stacks with the exact amount you need for items you want to buy. Though if you don't intend to sell or trade them, I guess you could just go ahead and use the whole stack.
