There should be a option in the forums where you can search for threads.

[Example (Search: Max Stat Pet Sale)]

Then it would show all threads that have (Max Stat Pet Sale) in their name, so you could find forums faster without looking for hours just to buy a pet!

I can't think of anything better!~ I sometimes ping myself on certain threads to remind myself, but if you ignore the ping for a while then it soon disappears and then boom, if you can't find the thread, then you've lost it forever until you're in the mood to go and murder your eyes grazing the forums to find it. There should TOTALLY be a search option.

I actually came here to see if anyone had suggested this exactly! I am forever losing even threads that I myself created.
Side note: I would suggest being able to search using the content and participants of a thread as well, not only the title.

Having a search function would be especially relevant in the advice forum(s?). If I don't know how to do xyz, I would much rather be able to search for "xyz" than have to dig through the entire forum to find what I'm looking for or, worse, create a new thread for a question that has probably already been answered dozens of times and pray someone will help me out, thus exacerbating the problem.

I suppose some kind player with too much time on their hands might curate a list of links to their favourite threads on as many topics as possible to hand out to those in need, but I don't know if anyone is volunteering.
