i wanna turn one of my hatchery pets into a grownup or +6 days old how do i feed the pet it?

-Go to the pet's page
-Click "Genetic Philter"
-Select "Magical Pie"
-Click "Use Philter"

Pies aren't exactly philters... but that's where they landed for use on pets.
