All right, I know this is probably something that would need to be fixed upon the Neph revamp, but why do the wing mutations switch the dominant colors of the wings? The design I'm currently working on as an example:

This is a traitless version. As you can see, the wings are mostly dark.

Here, the main color is switched to mostly green!

The only way to fix the wing mutations is to swap the color slots:

Much better. But now the default wings look wrong!

This also affects the wing genes. I designed the gene around the first example's wing colors:

But as you can see, the genes disappear when paired with a mut:

Anyway, this has happened to me more than once with designing, and I felt like ranting about it. If you have a preference for one choice or the other, that might help. But this is something I feel needs to be fixed.

Edit: I managed to find a solution, but I think something still needs to be adjusted sometime.

This is one of the raison i almost never create nephilini designes, the issues seem to only ocure on the adult however as the baby have his body coloration bleeding in his wings.

The best tips that i found so far is to keep the traits that can give wings colorations away of any major color variations from the wings main colors and to use a color combinaison close between C1 and M1 so the traits like spectral wings dosn't break the overall look of the designe too mutch.
