I came from Flightrising and I'm wondering if unique pet ID's have a place here as well?

Not particularly. If you have something super unique (like say, #2,000,000 or #111,111,111) then you might be able to sell to a collector based on that alone. Other than that... nobody cares about IDs here.

Adding on, some players like to collect pets with the same ID as their player ID.

You can use the ID to search for pets in the little search box where you search for users
