Hi, I'm new and I need some help figuring out how to get/purchase wings? Could someone help me out? Thanks.

Also, a new wardrobe is coming soon. :) So it is going to be easier to find our stuff.
The 1st page of wings is either obtainable by exploring or buying from a merchant well exploring.
The little elves items mark it as a game item can't buy.
The sun=Festival items. So you have to wait for any fest. :)
At the 8 page, you can buy them with diamonds.
So we can't really buy them.
And those with a calendar what was a monthly thing that is now not there anymore so yeah....

What Christine said above is pretty much accurate. /However/, you might consider checking the Trade Broker for any wing items up for sale. Fest items will be the most commonly sold, but you might be able to find some you like up there.
