Hello there! I hope that nobody minds me asking another dumb question; but what can you get besides scales from nurturing? Does anyone know? Me and my friend Hildeer98 have been nurturing; and I'm pretty sure it said that there's a way to get other items, but I wasn't sure.

You can also get essence from nurturing and depending on the festival currency.

Nurturing does three things for you.
-Gives you scales (one /proper/ nurture = one scale)
-Gives you AP (ten /proper/ nurtures = 1 AP)
-Occasionally gives you essences (very rare and will always align with the species of the pet you nurtured).

It should be noted that while festival currency during a festival happens often enough, essence (either regular or enhanced, and species depending on the eggling/hatchling you were nurturing when you got it) drop chances are exceedingly low.
