The Earth, she's a big blue ball buster who takes no crap from anyone, so like me. She's home to the W Academy, a unique school, where the countries of the world hone their mutant pow- I mean, live the student life - Hetalia: Beautiful World Episode 2 | Gakuen Hetalia: Go Forth!
Welcome to the World Academy! Like the quote said ^^, World Academy is where... Well, you get the idea... Countries of various shapes, sizes, languages, and traditions gather here together to learn and hang out for whatever floats their boat. Please only join if you know about the Anime: Hetalia. This is a RP/Discussion site for the Anime, but mostly for an upcoming RP. OCs are aloud, but not for taken characters made by Hidekaz Himaruya.
My OCs are as listed:
Wales, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Pangaea, Gondwana, Laurasia, and a whole lot of Ancient City-States which are all practically dead and I'm too lazy to list, but include Ancient Carthage, Ancient Athens, Western Roman Empire, Byzantine Empire, Ancient Crete, Ancient Cyprus, Ancient Corinth, Ancient Delos, Ancient Sparta, Ancient Argos, Ancient Thebes, Atlantis, Ancient Thessaly, Ancient Ithaca, Ancient Delphi, Peloponnesus, Ancient Lydia, Transalpine Gaul, Cisalpine Gaul, Olympia, and Pompeii. (I'm. A busy person and I wrote a whole story on Ancient!talia However, I may only use some of them.
Rules:
Hetalia World Academy RPG is PG-15
Dating is Allowed
Characters are Unlimited as long as you can keep up with them
OCs must be registered before using
Moderate language is allowed words like ******, f***, fool, etc are allowed; as long as they are not racist or directed at players.
You are allowed to be rude to the characters, but not the players
Please Timeskip R18/Sensitive subjects to PMs.
Godmodding/Powerplay/etc is not allowed.
No extreme superpowers/abilities are allowed unless they are approved
No excessive gore/rape/cannibalism/etc
Gay/Lesbian/etc ships are allowed
Please remember with OCs, that some countries have 'mild beef' with other countries. Examples are Russia and America
Stereotypes are allowed, as long as they aren't incredibly racist
Full-fledged countries are 16+ years of age. Any younger and they are considered Micronations and will not be recognized as countries.

Teachers will be RPed by me.
Everyone must follow the timeskips.

Please do not submit OCs that aren't real countries, unless you have my descreet permission. Ivycat/Grapejuice/Cian/Lalalanmao have my permission for their OCs because they have RPed with me.
Because I want players who are actual Fans of Hetalia, this is currently a club while the RP is being created. It's going to be rather complex, so classrooms must be designed/characters must be drawn, etc. Please be patient, and I expect it to be ready by Christmas. Drawings/Concept art will go here until I am ready to post it officially. Feel free to sign up OCs. When she firsts meets people, she tends to be shy and quiet. She trusts him the most to look after her. She trusts people too easily and is very attracted to people who are funny and maybe even flirty - as long as they approach her first. She doesn't like those who are too touchy without her permission or act like she isn't capable of things/ very young.
Taithlon likes animals and when it comes to heat, she fails miserably. Anything over 20 degrees feels like a heat wave to her. She is able to run freely in the snow as the average temperature, even for summer, is under 10 degrees where she lives. She doesn't get to see nature a lot and the colour black hurts her eyes.
She will do anything to protect Russia and likes making others laugh. She is deathly afraid of Baba Yaga and her stories, meaning she gets nervous around chickens because they remind her of her hut. Taithlon believes Baba Yaga will come and eat her alive if she upsets Russia. She also believes in many other Russian Folklore tales. She isn't religious at all.
Taithlon has a hatred of when people go out and gets drunk - she hates seeing people in a drunk state or drinking. it is one of the few times she gets angry - not at the drinker, but at the person allowing them to drink. She will just quietly glare at them and give off a dangerous aura.
She also has a very playful side to her that you don't see unless her twin is around, she usually doesn't show it. She is also competitive with her twin. When shes playful, she'll act like a teenager at a club practically and isn't scared of anything. She can be particularly blunt and often acts stupid, not wanting to learn things and messing around/ being generally disrespectful in class.

Pastel pink hair thats straight down to her shoulders and has ringlettes at the front/ bottom and lighter pink eyes. (Eyes are natural, but her hair is dyed, it was originally white)
She has a whitish grey scarf wrapped around her neck and a short strapless pink dress with silver decorations on it and a fur rim at the top. It is longer at the black and more puffy than at the front. She wears a pink crystal necklace and pink crystals around her arm with long gloves. The scarf falls down to her hip level. She wears light pink shoes with it. She also has some silver decorations under her eye.
For an idea of dress shape, a bit like this just the shape/ outline, the actual decor on it is as described and the back is much more curved/ circular
She's pretty stubborn about wearing the uniform, if there is one.
Brief Country's History if countries are Fake
Taithlon is an arctic country.
There were nomadic herds there, the main big ones being Herivon and Azalea. Then Russia found her and her siblings and unified each island to become a country. From that, three villages (Tyriva, Juliko and Cayona) formed. A new large herd also arrived: Mytrili. Herivon & Azalea can never agree on anything, and Mytrili is a rather neutral herd.
Relationships
She's friendly with everyone apart from America. She's also cautious around England.
Family
Part of the Russian family - siblings are Russia, Astrana, Eliope, Ukraine and Belarus. Byzantine Empire is uncle/ relative.
Other
She is very short at 4"6. She is capable of doing gymnastics and is reasonably flexible. She is a trapeze artist with her sister. Her birthday is 12th November 1925. She runs a blog called "Don't tell the countries" where she uploads pictures, gossips and funny stories. She also shares fanart and mmds/ videos/ cosplay there. She loves the game Alicia Online and is a skilled sprinter (someone who has a high agility and control horse that is good at getting in front/ first place. Tends to be very light weight character with shield and ice attributes). She is a massive advocate for the environment and such. If you dare bring an aluminium can into her sight, she will destroy it. She does have her own form of sign language as a language rather than a spoken one.
Example of RP
Taithlon sat on the edge of the bed, feet danging down as she kicked them back and forth. Her fingers drummed on the covers beside her as she glanced over at the wooden table desk, taking in the pens scattered on the top, some even had found their way on top of her closed laptop. There were several papers on the floor and she bent down absentmindedly, feeling her hand enclose around it. She lifted up the parchment and viewed the empty lines where she should be writing her assignment. Sitting up straight, she took her hands off the bed and started working them along the intricate details, folding the paper and even licking it once to make the bends neater. Once satisfied with her paper airplane, she lifted it up and chucked it forward, watching it glide and then fall with a thud to the floor, knocking off the wall.

(I supose it isn't extremely racist, as it is a key part of his character. You can make him talk normally, or you can include his accent.)

She is easily the hardest of the triplets to remember. She prefers to lurk in the shadows and observe. She doesnt try to be funny when she is, shes just brutally honest and says what she thinks not what someone wants her to say. She is also values her sisters and anyone else she trust well-beings, accomplishments, and loves over her own. She is very forgetful, so if you told her something a while ago, you have to jumpstart her memory. She has a quick temper, but it dies away easily and she can never remember enough to hold a grudge. She lacks self-confidence and tends to shy away from unfamiliar situations, or at least see someone else do it first. She doesn't think she's book smart or even got with common sense, but she has a quick wit. She hates the spotlight and flattery and attention she doesnt deal with really well. Usually her head is filled in her own imagination, so if you dont make sure you get her attention before you start talking, she will interpret it wrong.
When she first meets people, she likes to observe how they act in different environments before she will openly talk to someone. She hates being touched unless its by her sister or someone she trusts. The fastest way to earn her trust is to save her sisters lives or to be one of their friends.
She enjoys animals as she trusts them more than she trusts humans. She likes them in whatever shape or size they come in. She just does not like those that threaten her loved ones. She isnt as good with the cold as Taithlon, but she cant stand the heat as much as Eliope, shes kinda the middle ground temperature-wise so shell usually wear something you would see people wear during fall (based on normal human standards).
Her country is technically under Russian control, but over the years Russia slowly forgot about them as they went along so she rules her country independently most of the time. Russia forget to mention to her about the war, so by the time Russia remembered, the war was over.
She enjoys storytelling and martial arts. She enjoys storytelling as she is sharing someone elses story and she is just the messenger not the hero. She enjoys martial arts as it lets her use her speed and flexibility to help others. She isnt the best as martial arts as she is terribly clumsy. When she fights she enjoys talking to the person she is fighting as saying words distracts the opponent, but helps her concentrate.
After seeing Russia get drunk, Astrana vowed to never drink. When she goes to parties, she likes to stand and watch and comment on what other people do. She is also afraid of Baba Yaga. She isnt as afraid of them as Thaithlon, but she is still afraid of it nonetheless, and avoids chickens, shabby huts, and people who eat people alive for that matter.
Astrana has more to her than meets the eye. While she normally is bashful, her family can bring out a confident side in her. In some ways, she is like her pet. Playful but reserved, but can turn into a ferocious competitor. Astrana is also competitive by nature and even though her bashfulness can keep her from announcing it to the world, she perseveres and does her best to win. She enjoys tinkering as she can do that in the background and doing things with computers and technology help her to do something with her nervous energy and creativity.

She is the exact same height as taithlon and eliope the only difference between them is that she has light pastel light purple (balance of blue than pink) hair she wears in a long braid (it goes down halfway between her shoulders and her hip). She has eye the same color as Eliopes and the other eye is the same color as Taithlon. Her skin is not tan as tan as Eliopes but not quite as pale as Taithlon.
Casual Wear:
She wears light pink shirt. The shirt is tight, but does not construct movement. She then wears a pastel purple skirt, that is short. Finally, she wears light blue leggings. If it gets colder then she likes (below -20 degrees) she will wear a purple scarf and earmuffs. She might even put on a fur jacket. She wears an anklet of braided strings, one of the strings is pink, the next is purple, the other blue. She switches between going barefoot, wearing white sandals, or white boots depending on the temperature.
Battle Wear:
Her battle wear is the same as her casual wear, except for the fact that she wears arm and chest protectors. This is because she believes that whatever you where normally will be the easiest for you to use on a battlefield if you add extra protection.

Russian family, triplets with Taith and Eli
(She is technically an allied country as she is a Russian territory, but as Russia does not control her territory tightly so it mostly runs independently. She was neutral during the war because of this.)
Other:
She enjoys fighting with her hands in feet. She enjoys martial arts and thats how she fights. She hides a slingshot in her skirt, and uses them when the enemy is far away. (She is also pretty good with a sword if it is light, if it is heavy she has trouble manipulating it)
Baby Arctic Fox - Snowfrost
Real name is Ilyushka Beriya. She is flexible as she likes practicing martial arts with involves kicking. She also likes to run for fun which builds up her endurance and speed. She is kinda of a clutz which hinders her from being a good gymnast or figure-skater like her sisters.
Reason why no one knew about her was because she was the forgotten twin. She was always in the middle, which she didnt mind, but it left people who saw her confused if they were talking to one of her sisters. Thats why Russia does not have a tight grip on her because she likes to stay in the shadows.
She does have her own form of sign language with her sisters as a language rather than a spoken one. (It could be called EATS for Eli-Astra-Taith Signlanguage :)
Example of RP:
Astrana looked around quietly humming to herself as she strummed her fingers over a circuit board of wires. Her fingers flew over attaching and readjusting the wires. She examined everything in the room looking at windows, walls, and everything in between. Her eyes caught on a book labeled plasma balls. She smiled as she recalled the day she gave taith a plasma ball. She laughed quietly to herself as she finished her project. It was a small circular disc. She pressed the center and a laser ray shot up. Yes! she thought to herself. She pocketed the object and raced to find her sisters.

China is rather desperate to be viewed as an older brother figure, mature and wise. He loves being respected. He is a rather positive nation most of the time, but can have sad moments as he reflects on his life. He can be snappy and short-tempered around certain people. He isn't religious, but can be superstitious at points. He is also against affection because entering a relationship if he can help it, and most certainly not publicly.
China loves being in control and getting what he wants. This makes him a half decent business man who puts effort into everything, he is hard working most of the time, but is perfectly willing to take a rest and relax when he can. He despises losing and will take advantage of others to win, although he is gullible.
He adores eating and anything to do with food, thinking of himself as an amazing cook, which he is. He is, however, less willing to cook for nations he dislikes. He also has a love of cute things, especially pandas and hello kitty, he has a plush collection. China is skillful at doing realistic, detailed artwork and will practice it in a calm, settled environment when he feels like it.
