How does Custom Item work?

They are old items. There used to be monthly avatar items that you could recolor and decorate. You just had to pay krin in dia to make them. But the system is no longer in place. You can only order items that were once made and the owner is still active

From my understanding, you can't design them anymore. Any players who created them before can request duplicates and sell them, though. If you go to custom item sales you can buy some of these items for varying prices from other players. They will request a duplicate from the administrator(s) and they will sell it to you.
