I have some Avatar items (available upon request)
15,000 gold
200 diamonds
some pets (yes, i may sell a tagged pet for an essence)
And i have other random things too.
Looking mainly for Ryo essences!
Also, if i can earn 100 more diamonds, i can get an essence, so i also want 100 more diamonds!

Okay, so you go to the Currency Exchange.
There is a little drop down bar that has the words Search For: next to it. Click on the bar, and when it drops down, pick 'Gold'.
Once you've done that, click [Search Offers]. All the offers will come up. There will be one on there that has my username next to it.
It will say that I want 100 diamonds for 1 gold, with my username. Check that it is mine. You click [Purchase].
Viola! ^.^
