Hajime and Endingu. Beginning and Ending. Mother and Father. Brother and Sister. Life and Death. The two gods were as opposite in every way possible, the only consistent factor being the one of balance. While Hajime marks the beginning of new life, Endingu marks the ending of the road we walk along. Hajime guides our spirits to the body, and Ending guides our spirits to the afterlife. Ever circling each other in a cycle of life and death, they keep balance and prevent us from overstepping the fine lines between realms.
Welcome to Fine Lines! Please note that if you voted for the technologic age in the intrest thread, you will be pinged as soon as this is done and when posting is open. If you have any questions about the roleplay, message me, do not post please. While in this constructon phase I will have a large note list for myself, please ignore those. If you would like to create/reserve a dragon, please message me as well. I will put them in as a reserve. Please send me your completed form, however. Ranks such as A ruler, lord, royal family, and other high ranks must include an example of you roleplaying as well.

Only the Rulers are pre-partially-made characters. This is just so that it fits into the desgin of the roleplay. Any dragon may be wingless, however it is most common within Wald, Ried, Klamm, and the Districts.
Rules:
Message me before making any high ranking/titled role, and include the completed form and an example of you roleplaying with that character.
Hate the OC, not the person.
All characters must be dragons, just to keep it simple. This has enough stuff going on with wars and such things.
Other than all other basic roleplay rules, just try to be a decent person I guess.
Alliances and Wars Section Guide:
Alliance = Alliance
Trading = Peaceful, trading routes are open through the kingdoms.
Neutral = Know of each other's existence, no trading or crossing of borders going on.
Hostile = Hostile towards said kingdom, however, no attacks have been made. Reasons may be a century-long disliking between the two kingdoms, or in a war with their ally. These can be either hostile-threatened, or hostile-hostile.
Threatened = On the receiving end of a hostile relationship.
War = War

In the beginning, only two existed. Locked in an evermoving battle, their forces crashed. Complete opposites, stuck in an endless battle with nothing in sight but the other. After millions of eons, one of the two gods realized that the answer to stopping the battle was not winning, but creating a balance. Her name was Hajime. She yelled at her rival to listen, but as old habits die hard, the battle continued. Knowing the only way to get his attention was to stun him, she found a new power within herself. Crashing head-on into the other god, light soon filled the void. Endless stars, all created in a matter of moments. Finally, he listened. She was to create, he was to destroy. Endingu let balance take its course.

The Woodlands of Wald are located at the lower portion of the Yuorin mountain range, right below the snowy lands of the Schnee Kingdom. For the most part, Wald is a peaceful kingdom, taking care of the large amount of land they must maintain. There have been very few wars every recorded within the kingdom's history.
Uniquely, Wald has a messenger of the Gods. The Oracle's job is to assist the ruler of Wald, and if need be, all dragons of the land with the whispers the two Gods quietly say to the Oracle in their dreams.
Within the heart of the Woodlands sits the Wald Castle, in which the Oracle and Royal Family reside. The castle is made from an enchanted tree, shifting to the wants and needs of the current ruler of Wald. It was said to be planted by the first Oracle of Wald, who is skeptically rumored to have also been the first ruler as well.
The current ruler of Wald is Queen Floresta.

~Schnee, Kingdom of the Snow~
Schnee stretches across the snowy and winding peaks of the entire Yuorin mountain range. Although the kingdom is only a strip of land, due to the terrain, temperature, and the strong gusts of wind, it is considered the most naturally fortified kingdom.
The Schnee castle is made entirely of ice, and within each wall a think layer of packed snow. The castle is only suitable for native Schnee kingdoms, and due it being built as high as possible without tipping over, it is not guarded at all. However, the castle itself is rather small, instead, connecting to a series of caves only those with the ruler's permission or apart of the royal family may enter.
The current ruler of Schnee is King Neve, and his daughter, Princess Heroina, is heir to the throne.

East of the Yuorin Mountains, Einode stretches across the wide desert of Iayon, with many oases scattered. Each oasis is surrounded by a city full of dragons. Many small villages are located a few kilometers away, but close enough to gather the water they need.
The current ruler is Queen Emro.

~Ried, Kingdom of the Swamps~
Due to the slow speed in which they must walk to navigate their home, many dragons native to Ried are wingless with a large, muscular build. The main diet of a Ried native are aquatic life forms but rarely eat land fauna. However, berries are often welcomed.
The castle within Ried sits atop a large dry piece of land, and trees and vines grow in and around it. It is the most humid building on the entire continent.
The current ruler is King Charco.
