Each game is the same, just at different times. If you get to door 3 on the first game, you will get the same prize as someone who got to door 3 in the sixth game. Same goes for each door. So it is fair to everyone. Hope this helps :)

So, let me make sure I've got this straight.
If you played the 4th round and got to the 3rd door, you'd get 3 wheel tickets and the Black Friday Extravaganza Philter Bundle but if you played the 1st round and got the 3rd door, you'd get 200 Diamonds and a Black Friday Extravaganza Philter Bundle?

No, doors only matter if you made it to the 5th round. All 4th round prizes are [Wheel of Themed Ticket] x3 and all 1st round prizes are 200 Diamonds :)

Drat. I was so close to getting door 4, but I chose door 2 I believe. So close.

But then we're back to my first question, if you play the first game and get 200 diamonds for the first door, why would you bother staying online to get the doors farther in? o.o
Also, if so many games were launched to make sure everyone could pick the most convenient time, why would there be more options and prizes for those that played the fifth game?
Also(again), if you look at it that way, why would it make sense that if you got the fourth door on the first game you would only get 200 diamonds, but if you played the fifth game and got the fourth door you would get 2000 diamonds??

You're confusing games, rounds, and doors. Each set of 5 rounds is one game. You pick one door per round to determine whether you move to the next round, each successive round offering better prizes.
