When I try to add a lesser blood vial to a brew that already has a lesser, it says a equal or stronger has already been added. Can I add a lesser to a brew that has a greater used on it? If so, will it make it a 3vis or make it a 1vis?

If you were to add a lesser vial anything higher, or the same level as it, you will receive that message. In order to get a 3v brewing catalyst, you would have to use an exceptional vial. You can purchase one from other players or make your own out of greater vials. However, they are rather expensive. Usually they drop a lot near the end of fest.

Basically, better vials can be added to overwrite weaker ones, but weaker ones can't overwrite stronger ones, and the affects of vials don't stack.

I couldn't find very many recent threads. But the ones could find, were selling them from 800k-1.2 mil.

Oh wow. That's quite the bit of money. I may have to wait a while before I can afford one of those :) And hey, I was looking for a couple avatar Items, In particular, Snow Pearl Wings recolorable. I checked the wardrobe and they appear to be a festival item, but do you know which one? I was thinking they might be cheaper if I bought them then during that fest.

They are a winter fest item :)
